Roles & Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage and lead the sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.
  • Provide training and guidance to the sales team to enhance their performance.
  • Create and manage sales reports and forecasts.
  • Participate in the development of marketing plans to promote our products and services.
  • Attend trade shows and events to represent the company.

 

Qualification:

 

  •    Bachelor's / master’s degree in business administration or a related field
  •    Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial position
  •    Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  •    Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  •    Willingness to travel as required
