Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth.
- Identify new sales opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.
- Provide training and guidance to the sales team to enhance their performance.
- Create and manage sales reports and forecasts.
- Participate in the development of marketing plans to promote our products and services.
- Attend trade shows and events to represent the company.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's / master’s degree in business administration or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial position
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Willingness to travel as required
