Roles & Responsibilities:

 

  • Strategic Planning & development: Collaborate with senior executives to develop and refine the company's corporate strategy. Define clear objectives, goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress and guide decision-making.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Present corporate strategies, progress updates, and performance metrics to senior leadership, board members and other stakeholders as needed.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and threats. Stay informed about industry developments and disruptions.
  • Financial Modelling: Create financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability associated with strategic initiatives. Evaluate the financial impact of various scenarios and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Risk Assessment & Management: Identify and assess risks associated with strategic initiatives. Develop risk mitigation plans to ensure the success and sustainability of growth initiatives.
  • Policy and Compliance: Ensure that corporate strategies comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Implement and monitor governance policies and procedures.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Master's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic planning & monitoring or a related role in IT, Banking or Financial institutions
  • Strong analytical and financial skills.
  • Familiarity with market research and analysis tools.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and market dynamics.
