Roles & Responsibilities:

 

  • Solution Development: In collaboration with sales teams, understand client requirements and business objectives.Design and develop tailored solutions and proposals that address client needs.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and expertise to the pre-sales team & Conduct demonstrations and presentations to showcase the organisation’s capabilities
  • Client Interaction: Act as a primary point of contact for clients during the pre-sales process.Engage in consultative discussions with clients to understand their challenges and goals.
  • Proposal Management: Manage the proposal development process, ensuring by overseeing the creation of compelling proposals and presentations that highlight the value of the product or service.
  • Sales Support: Provide support during client negotiations and address technical concerns.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Track and report on pre-sales team performance, including win rates and proposal success.Use data-driven insights to improve pre-sales processes and strategies.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in a Software branches. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in pre-sales, sales engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong technical background and understanding of the company's products or services.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership and team management abilities.
